Colour and Imagery

Oroton endeavours to ensure that the colour and pattern of the images, photographs and graphic representation of products displayed on its Site are true to the original products. Variations may occur, notably due to the technical limitations of colour reproduction on the devices used. Individual

devices may vary in quality. Oroton disclaims liability for any non-substantial errors or inaccuracies of images, photographs or graphic representation of products appearing on the Site.

Promotions and Price

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice due to promotions. Oroton reserves the right to modify the price of a product or discontinue the sale of a product at any time without notice. Oroton disclaims liability to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or the discontinued sale of a product. We will not honour price changes or adjustments on previous orders on a current promotion. The prices of products are expressed in AUD on the Australian Site, and in your local currency if you are based internationally. Discount Codes

Oroton will not produce or distribute discount codes unless stated otherwise. If a discount code is valid, it is your responsibility to apply the discount code to your order at checkout. Oroton is not obliged to apply a discount code once an order has been processed. Gift Cards

Gift Cards that are purchased or issued through Online via the Website and In-Store are valid for 3 years and is non-refundable. They can be redeemed for purchases both In-Store and Online.

Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Oroton disclaims all responsibility for lost or stolen Gift Cards and expired Gift Cards.

Store Credits – Online

Store Credits that are issued online via the Website are valid for 12 months and are only able to be redeemed through our Website. If you have an Online Store Credit and it has passed the 12-month expiry, Oroton has the right to clear this from your account.

Store Credits – In Store

Store Credits that are issued via store are valid for 12 months and can be redeemed in our stores and online. These store credits are issued on a physical card. These are not refundable for cash and cannot be extended.

Oroton Everyday Tote Donation Promotion Terms and Conditions:

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Oroton Everyday Tote Donation Promotion (“Promotion”). By purchasing an Everyday Tote during the Promotion Period, you agree to these Terms.

1. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion is ongoing and available until further notice
  • All qualifying purchases must occur within this timeframe.
  • If the start date is not yet confirmed: The Promotion will commence on a date to be announced on Oroton’s website.

2. Eligibility

  • The Promotion is open to individual customers residing in Australia.
  • A qualifying purchase is defined as the purchase of an Everyday Tote at the full retail price, excluding transactions involving returns, cancellations, or refunds.

3. Donation Mechanism

  • Oroton will donate AUD $5 from each Everyday Tote purchase made during the Promotion Period to Ocean Crusaders.
  • The $5 donation is paid by Oroton to Ocean Crusaders and is not tax-deductible for customers. The donation is not added to the purchase price and cannot be claimed or directed by the customer.
  • Donations will be processed via Oroton’s internal accounting systems and will be aggregated. They are not directly linked to any individual transaction.
  • If a qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded, Oroton may adjust or reverse the corresponding donation at its discretion.

4. Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments

  • In the event of a product return, cancellation, or refund, any associated donation may be reversed or adjusted.
  • Customers acknowledge that no financial benefit, compensation, or claim arises from the donation in such circumstances.

5. General Terms

  • Oroton reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or these Terms at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
  • The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

  • Oroton does not share any personal information with Ocean Crusaders or any third party in connection with this Promotion.
  • Oroton collects, uses, and discloses personal information only in accordance with its Privacy Policy, and only as required to facilitate standard transaction processes.

7. Liability

  • Oroton is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or the donation process.
  • Oroton accepts no responsibility for technical malfunctions, errors, or failures related to the Promotion.

8. Acceptance of Terms

The photobooth activation will take place during the following times:

Eligibility & Entry

  • Access to the photobooth is available to Oroton members only.

Gift with Participation

Photobooth Guidelines

  • Employees of Oroton and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, entrants must:

  • Take a photo of their photobooth photo strip
  • Post the image to Instagram
  • Tag @oroton in the post
  • Be following @oroton on Instagram at the time of entry and judging
  • Instagram accounts must be set to public for the duration of the competition.
  • Each entrant may submit only one (1) entry.

Judging

  • This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
  • Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and overall appeal.
  • Judging will take place after the competition closing date.
  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive:
